In TO THE TOP OF SANI - PART 1, we visit Peel’s Honey for a honey tasting with sommelier Derrick dos Santos.

From Peels honey we take the R617 through Boston and the scenic Umkomaas River valley and we are now heading to Bulwer, where we are visiting Hans and Ria Fokkens at the Wildsky Paragliding school and backpackers lodge.

In this episode I chat with Hans Fokkens about the wonderful community he and Ria Fokkens have created at Wild Sky Paragliding, only a day later, their lodge at Wild Sky Paragliding was completely destroyed by a tragic fire.

In the midst of this big loss, I am overwhelmed by the response from Paragliding community.
