Guest host Rhian Swain had another full house in the studio this week, talking with Jason Craig, the winner of the first-ever Kath Girdler Engler Award for Public Art, as well as Shiso Sassy and Amelia Rate from the Dirty South Burlesque and Cabaret. Coming up for Dirty South will be a burlesque basics workshop on June 23, with registration and at dirtysouthburlesque.com, as well as their main stage show in July, benefitting local nonprofit That's What Friends Are For.
Jason Craig, a freelance artist and designer for the Westobou Festival, talked about his public art projects and thoughts on bringing more public art to Augusta.
