It's hard to believe I've never met Chris Beorner until this morning. I dropped by her booth at Arts in the Heart of Augusta and she always had a crowd. We talked about the great family event she brought to the The Augusta Common, filled with an Ice Rink (real ice) s'mores station, entertainment stage, ice luge, hot chocolate station, train rides, adult beverages,did I say Ice Skating?, Santa and more. Next week the hours will expand as schools close for the holiday And they will be open on Christmas so you can skate off your dinner.
