In each episode, James brings the cash and teams up with a local flipper who finds a distressed property. Together, they race to transform it into a million-dollar showstopperg. The partner leads the renovation and if everything goes to plan, the profits are split 50/50 but if the flipper can't meet James' high standards, these zombies might just remain buried.
