Description: Those days when you wake up and you don't want to do anything but nothing. Socks off, still in your jammies, the house is toasty warm while the sun is starting to skate across the sky. The effects of the Covid 19 lockdown are very evident two years into the process of replenishing our drive to succeed in a new normal. At any other time in history if you woke up wanting to do absolutely nothing we would've recognized it as laziness, depression and or anything else negative. I still wonder if the Covid lockdown didn't serve as the practice ground for where we stand today. World War in our face and through the days of the lockdown we learned to meditate, pray, calm the mind body and soul and or invite the real self to step free of the moment. Yes we have emotions for Ukraine and those lost and brain washed in Russia. Due to the Covid lockdown and all it did, it reshaped our places of inner peace we're able to approach this moment in the world with a much clearer heart and head. So yes! If you're seeking nothingness today. Enjoy your moment with the universe.
