The Daily Mess Disciplined Art

Category: Arts
Duration: 00:03:46
Publish Date: 2022-05-10 03:00:02
Description: May 9, 2022
We would all love to have a day where we do nothing. Only to realize such a moment would put a dent or ding into the surface of your creative process. None of us are blessed with speakers that showcase the voices we hear in our head and hearts. The art is put on display which leads to an interpretation and or visualization by the passerby. The accent on what’s been delivered carries the weight of little to no light. Basically meaning the real story as how it came into being. Art is a discipline. It’s a moment of expression. It’s here without notice and gone the same way. Why did it even happen? The development of setting it free requires discipline. Think of yourself as a fisherman seeking to latch onto what will feed you tomorrow. If you show up periodically so will the fish. But we aren’t designed that way as a society. We want to land the big catch right now. To do that, discipline must be put into play not just one day but every day. To have a day off to do nothing could be that very period where the big one got away.
