The lawsuit against Mashable brought by Stephanie Sinclair, that was recently dismissed, was reopened based on evidence from Instagram that it does not grant sub-licenses. If Stephanie wins this fight it will prevent anyone from embedding someone else’s photo/video from Instagram without their permission. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
