Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden made history by picking California Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. Plus, Vladimir Putin says Russia approved the “world’s first” Covid-19 vaccine. Kirill Dmitriev is the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, which is financing the vaccine research.
