	Description:		As 38 states see a rise in coronavirus cases, White House Task Force Member Dr. Anthony Fauci says he thinks “it’s pretty obvious that we are not going in the right direction.” The Texas governor is now requiring face coverings in public places “in counties with 20 or more positive COVID-19 cases” after the state saw its highest number of cases in a single day. William Haseltine, Chair and President of ACCESS Health International, joins AC360 to discuss the surge in cases throughout the country and a new CDC forecast predicts nearly 148,000 coronavirus deaths by July 25.
