On the show is Bill Richardson, a Former US Ambassador to the United Nations, he helped secure Warmbier's release. A new report from the UN on refugees and the numbers are staggering. Almost 66 million people are displaced from their homes, David Miliband is CEO of the International Rescue Committee, he just returned from South Sudan and Uganda where the UN says the situation is at, "breaking point."
