On this week's episode of All in the Industry, Shari is joined by Alfredo Malatesta, the CEO and Creative Director of Flavour Gallery, a fashion forward, culinary-inspired brand that creates apparel, headwear, aprons and accessories for those with a passion for food and wine. Alfredo launched the brand in 2011 along with his wife Erin, aiming to “unite and identify fellow culinary enthusiasts.” Flavour Gallery works with restaurants, food and beverage brands, chefs and culinary events nationwide, including Andrew Zimmern, Rachael Ray, Pebble Beach Food & Wine and NYC Wine & Food Festival. Shari also speaks with Lee Schrager, Founder and Executive Director of NYC Wine & Food Festival, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, taking place October 12-15 in NYC.
