Quiet Gardens

Category: Music
Duration: 00:27:57
Publish Date: 2019-08-25 03:31:00
Description: The Quiet Garden movement was founded by Philip Roderick just over 25 years ago. The idea grew from his experiences as a Christian pilgrim in Wales, and now includes hundreds of gardens across the world. Quiet Gardens spring up wherever individuals, organisations, or communities feel inspired to join the movement by opening their garden to all for reflection, rest, and inspiration. In this programme, first broadcast in June 2018, Mary Stallard finds out about three very different Quiet Gardens here in Wales, and their healing impact.
