	Description:		Debbie Marriott, the founder of Faithmarriott, provides tailored performance consulting and training to individuals and teams. She chose to work with the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment after gaining personal value in understanding her own underlying patterns of talent. Since 2005 Debbie has been licensed by Gallup to use the Clifton StrengthsFinder model to deliver coaching programs throughout Europe. She has worked extensively in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland, and supported a Strengths research project at a college in Auckland, New Zealand. Debbie has worked with Strengthsfinder with over 500 individuals and organisations in diverse situations ranging from large organisations, through small and medium sized enterprises to schools and churches. Her personal focus is that individuals use Strengthsfinder to impact their own performance, and the effectiveness of their work with others.
