Dr. Badal is responsible for translating research findings into interventions that drive small-business growth. During this webcast, Dr. Badal will share valuable insights about her research into the strengths of the world's most successful entrepreneurs. She is the co-author of the forthcoming book Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder (September 2014, Gallup Press).
