We'll also look at how it compares to cigarette smoking and how that has changed over the years… Finally, we'll look at the WHO MPOWER measures which were designed to attempt to tackle the tobacco epidemic that is sweeping the world and how close we are to a similar set of measures to try and combat the epidemic of the alcohol drug use.
