Our thinking is very powerful, as it creates our emotions, our thinking and our behavior.  And so if you have thinking or beliefs that limit you, then it will be difficult for you to advance and achieve your goals.

In this episode I discuss the most common types of limiting beliefs of humanitarian leaders, how to identify them in yourself and how you can overcome them and replace them with beliefs that will help you get where you want to go.
