	Description:		As aid workers, we are accustomed to a large degree of uncertainty in our work. Will that procurement ever show up? Will our local partner implement the training fully? Will drought destroy this year's crops? These are all questions we encounter in our work. The current situation with COVID-19, however, is a whole new level of uncertainty. Perhaps because it doesn't just impact our work and our immediate sphere---it also impacts our families, friends, the whole world. Knowing how to cope with uncertainty in these times is important, and in this episode I have six tips to help you make it through. These are things that have helped me in the past or that I have started doing at the advice of others which have been very effective in making me feel more grounded, and I think they can do the same for you.
