So I am back from my break and transition to Kenya, which has already provided some interesting animal encounters! During this break I have had some time to reflect on some of the most effective things that had the biggest impact in terms of team motivation and allowed me to build a strong high performing team when I was Country Director in Timor-Leste.  The result is this two part episode which outlines five things I would definitely do again as a leader working in the humanitarian sector.
