What's up, Achievers?! We've got some good questions in today! The first one was asking about what "ab" exercises were good for someone with a "bad back". The question depends quite a bit on each individual person, but we gave the best answer we could (2:34)!

Lastly, we discuss whether or not we think you need a kinesiology/exercise physiology degree to pursue a career in personal training. We also cover how to go about starting a PT gig!
