Follow: @drncgarrett @ASCD @bamradionetwork Gary Pringle is in his seventh year as principal of Hamilton Elementary School in Port Angeles, Washington. He served in the US Army as a Forward Observer in the 82nd Airborne Division. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction and received his principal’s certification through Seattle Pacific University. He taught 6th grade for twelve years and high school History and Literature for four years. Host Chaunte Garrett is the director of accountability for the Rowan-Salisbury school system in North Carolina, an education consultant, and an ASCD Emerging Leader.
