Mental Health in general can he hard to talk about. In today's society it can be even harder for males. You hear "grow a pair", "man up", "men don't cry" and other words I am unable to write. Have you noticed all these words describe "toughness" aka gender roles, akb society's stigma that has been built. Mental Health has always been on my heart and I think it is just as important to hear a males perspective.
