We all could use techniques to help calm OURSELVES down.
I think it is very important to find ways to cope in your everyday life and find little reminders to JUST BREATHE!
These 4 techniques have helped me to refocus and draw myself back into a more relaxed state.
Remember to be gentle with yourself. We are all trying to learn what works for us. Also, remember it does take time.
