1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Youth Outreach Committee Program. Facilitator: Cecily Nipper. A program on advocacy for high school students as they transition to higher education, work training, or employment. Will include speakers from CAPS – Stephanie Woods Transition specialist VR: Jeff Allen VR – Shirley Robinson Representative of parents and students – Mary Woodyard  Goal: Give students and parents what they need to know for a successful transition, what should be in an IEP transition plan, and what services VR can provide during high school.  This session will provide about ten minutes to each speaker, with a question and answer session to follow.    2:45 - 4:00 PM Special Interest Affiliate Showcase.
