Wade was overturned (although the law is currently on hold while a court challenge is underway) allows for exceptions for rape and incest. However, the rape and incest must be reported in order to apply. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to ask her guests on A Woman's View - what about the women who don't report the rape or incest?
