Program hopping. This is one of those things that many of us aren t even aware could be hurting our gains . We are so used to seeing the latest 8-week program offered on bodybuilding.com, that s easy to think that this is what training is all about, drastically changing up your routine, every 8 to 12 weeks. Although this is popular in main-stream fitness, unfortunately, it isn t the best strategy to use if we want to maximize our progress.
In this week s episode, Jeff, Brad and Andrea sit down to talk about program hopping. What was their first training program? Why is program hopping a double-edged-sword ? When is it actually okay to program hop?
