	Description:		Argentina’s center-right government is slowly making economic advances and getting the country back into the good graces of the international investment community. As part of these efforts, it has applied for membership in the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), once known as a club for rich countries. In theory, OECD membership for Argentina will lock in economic best practices, regardless of which party is in power. Richard sits down with Silvina Vatnick, a former World Bank official and the Founder of Global Outcomes consultancy to discuss these issues and more.
