Day 1 of the Gratitude Meditation Course:  Today you choose one aspect of appreciation about the city you live in. You may have become so accustomed to this aspect of your city, that you may have taken it for granted. But in today's meditation, we take the time to feel it and be grateful for it.

“Abundance through Gratitude” is a 10-day guided meditation course that takes us on a journey into love, acceptance, and unlocking hidden possibilities. We begin with an 11-minute meditation on day 1, and add one minute per day, until we are meditating for 20 minutes on day 10. With each sitting, we delve deeper into gratitude, as we examine every facet of our lives for those special moments and things that inspire to say "Thank you." The course concludes with a powerful meditation on day 20, that takes us deep into love for ourselves, and allows us to shed layers of doubt and fear, unlocking our capacity to attract abundance.
