First, we get an update on rescue efforts in Houston from Gail Delaughter, a reporter for Houston Public Media and talk to Philip Yun, executive director of the anti-nuclear group Ploughshares, about Japan's response to a new threat from North Korea. Yun is a former presidential appointee at the Department of State.
