While working on an "unbelievably difficult case with unbelievably difficult opposing council," Scott Rogers said he had a moment during a TM sit when he realized, "The way I was dealing with the matter of litigation... I wasn't reducing that quality of dissatisfaction with that experience, I was contributing to it." Rogers, who has written several books, now serves as the director of the Mindfulness in Law program at the University of Miami School of Law, working with law students and faculty to embrace mindfulness as a way to be less stressed, but still competitive in the field.
