	Description:		Hey everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I have two questions for you: Are you happy with your English? How often do you study? We all know that in order to become a confident speaker of a 2nd language, we must take action and study. Now, it should be simple, right? But sometimes that is hard to do, it's hard to find the time and have the concentration to study. And often it's because study can be boring or difficult, or something we just don't want to do. So, how do we overcome this? Here are a few ideas I'd like to share with you. Here are my recommendations for successful and focused study. Recommendation 1 Take a look at your thinking. If your mind is full of negative thoughts about your English level, you will put of your study and ..yeah..you won't learn, you won't progress. So for example, instead of thinking, “I can't speak English very well,” tell yourself, “I love learning English.” Recommendation 2 Get to know when you're best study time is. Work out when your mind is clear and free to focus and study, then choose that time to study. For me, the best time to study is in the morning, when my motivation is high. Recommendation 3 Study a little every day. This is the key to successful language learning. Consistency always wins. So, that’s three recommendations. If you want to improve I recommend you feel good about learning and your ability, work out the best time to study for you and study a little every day. Speaking of study, do you know what time it is?
