	Description:		OpenAI has signed a $38 billion (£29 billion) deal with Amazon.The seven-year partnership gives OpenAI access to Amazon Web Services. It’s the latest in a string of partnerships necessary to ensure what OpenAI CEO Sam Altman describes as the ‘massive, reliable compute’ needed to scale up AI.
