Minna also tells us about prepping with her friends Alina Poppa and Oksana Grishina. Finally, we ended with 23-year-old newcomer to the IFBB pro scene, Quinton Eriya from Canada. Quinton will no doubt be the talk of the Toronto Pro in just a few weeks. A training partner of Antoine Vaillant, he’s currently 250lbs with a taper to kill for. This kid is on the rise!
