I've had this interview for a while, and I wasn't sure what do to with it. It's not everyday that you interview a fallen leader days before their public falling out. But this happened to me. I'm hoping that in releasing this we can learn to hold leaders accountable, be able to better spot warning signs, and learn that you can chew the meat and spit out the bones. Let's dive into it.
