Description: Happy Halloween! Today's lesson is a talk that may come in handy as we think of overindulging in Halloween sweets! It is a "Temperance talk" that churches were encouraged to give during the Prohibition era. This lesson was given sometime in November 1933-the date and location were not shown on the transcript. It is titled "Education and Temperance." Charles Fillmore uses a host of biblical quotes throughout the lesson and shows the verse locations. This is something not usually done in these transcripts.
