Description: Most people understand the tipping process and yet they still don't care about the person that is serving them.  If the check is say 400 dollars with now the new laws which says you don't have to pay the gratuity, many guest will gladly not pay the tip while holding those servers hostage to serve them for hours, losing out on other tables to make money.  This is so sad and yet none one wants to deal with this issue head on, until now.
