Description:

Millions of Aussies are struggling with anxiety as daily press conferences filled with endless facts and figures about Covid-19 negatively impact our mental health, but what happens if you can't turn off the news?

For journalists all over the world, the mental health toll of having to constantly provide updates to the public and be tuned in to what's happening with outbreaks every waking moment of their day is having a seriously detrimental impact on their wellbeing.

The Quicky speaks to two journalists to find out how they have coped with the never ending information about the pandemic, and having to think, read and talk about it non-stop for the past 20 months.
