	Description:		The Health Minister accepts there has been confusing messaging on whether teachers should be able to access rapid antigen tests. Officials say RATs will only be available to school staff if they're close contacts and must be back at school - and schools should have planned for scenarios where some teachers and students isolate at home. But Andrew Little says under the rules, teachers should have access to tests.
