Much of the world is waiting for Vladimir Putin's next move. Western nations are slapping sanctions on Russia, after Moscow approved treaties with two separatist regions in Ukraine's east, and sent troops to the area. Russia's Foreign Ministry is also pulling its diplomatic staff from Ukraine, saying it's to protect their lives and safety.
