Kiri Desborough is a northland-based Pilates and Yoga teacher, and self-confessed ‘biomechanics + physiology geek’ who, in 2021, set out to complete the Te Araroa Trail - walking the length of New Zealand to raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention. Her life has been touched by tragedy and loss which you can hear in our first episode we did together, episode 37. In this incredibly inspirational interview we hear about the highs and lows of the journey, what she carried, where she slept and everything in between. Enjoy!
