Amanda Hanna is a certified mindfulness & meditation teacher & certified holistic nutritionist initiating personal transformation through the power of the mind. Born & raised in Canada, Amanda’s interest in mental health started while studying at college where she was able to open a mental health student support centre on campus. As Amanda’s curiosity for mental health developed, so did her interest in the practice & theory behind yoga. Now residing in New Zealand, Amanda runs Yin yoga teacher training, trauma-informed & mental health trainings both on & offline, as well as workshops, retreats, & 1:1 coaching for deep personal transformation.
