In today’s episode, we are stepping into our next series, accessing higher levels of consciousness.
Consciousness is a term used more frequently now but what does that word mean? We start by diving in with the dictionary definition and our own definition of the word consciousness. As we understand the meaning of consciousness, we can understand why it is so important to raise our consciousness to improve our lives.
As you listen along, you will learn how to:
- Understand your body - this is important to know why your body works on autopilot
- Become more aware - will help you recognize what patterns no longer serve you
- Get uncomfortable - this is essential to change and grow
- Choose - it’s necessary to continually choose to break a pattern
Remember as you do the work, the pull to the familiar is going to feel strong. Give yourself space to acknowledge your current surroundings and don’t be afraid to ask yourself challenging questions like, what am I avoiding?
