Dr Dana Ott is a Senior Management Lecturer from the University of Otago and is on a mission to help autistic employees not just survive, but flourish. She's developed a new guide for Australia, that she hopes to replicate here in Aotearoa, it's called the Autism Employment Playbook and is for disability employment services.
