Pat Tiernan is an Australian runner based in North Carolina U.S.A. He's the former Australian 10km National Record Holder (27.22) and last October he debuted in the Marathon in Chicago running 2hrs 11mins. In this episode we talk about the transition to the marathon and get specific on training structure, hydration, long runs and what he's going to do differently leading into his next marathon.
