Telecommunications company Spark New Zealand (SPK) reports a drop in full-year profit, citing border closures; Construction and building materials company Fletcher Building (FBU) beats guidance, turning last year’s loss into a profit this year; Australia’s BHP Group (BHP) and Woodside Petroleum (WPL) in talks to “create the largest energy company listed on the ASX.”
