Briscoes Group Limited (BGP) reports a half-year net profit increase of 70 percent. Air New Zealand (AIR) says it wants electric planes on its fleet by 2030. A deal between Westpac (WBC) and Kina Securities (KSL) is rejected by the ICCC (Independent Consumer and Competition Commission).
