We have a great conversation about how he has gone from tradie to developer and what he has learnt along the way. Project Updates MontVue Exciting times at Mountain View Rd as we have held our first group of buyer inspections on the completed townhouses. It's the first time people have had a chance to wander around their new home so it is a big milestone in the project. I am very close to satisfying all the permit conditions for the subdivision permit which will allow council to issue a Statement of Compliance and enable the new titles to be issued and sent to the Titles Office. And that means that settlements are on the near horizon. Yeehaw! One other point of interest on that project is that I finalized an off market sale directly with one of the neighbors to the site. Was fun to work with them on the sale. Funny how some things happen during a project. Cambridge On my other project I am still waiting to get Town Planning endorsement from council, it's coming up to 3 months now, far out, it's so slow, anyway, we are finalizing our funding facility and getting the final pieces in place so that we can get our Building Permit and get going.
