	Description:		Fears are growing for people trapped inside apartment buildings engulfed in fire in Hong Kong. At least 36 people have died in the huge fire at an apartment complex made up of eight tower blocks, which are each 31-storeys high. Authorities now say at least 279 people are unaccounted for. Ingrid Hipkiss spoke to Hong Kong correspondent Laura Westbrook.
