Menno's journey is quite intriguing; he originally trained as a neuroscientist but found himself drawn into the world of Technology. His career kicked off in London, but he had a strong desire to contribute to a rapidly growing, innovative global organization. This desire ultimately led him to leave London and relocate to Lisbon to join the OutSystems team. Within the OutSystems ecosystem, Menno is known as the go-to person for all things related to UX. During our discussion, Menno shares his perspective on whether it's preferable to have a dedicated full-time designer or if one developer can effectively handle both aspects, especially considering the evolving landscape of the platform, including the introduction of Project Morpheus.
