Today on It’s Fucking Spiritual we’ve got a heavier episode that I was unsure if I would share. This past week I experienced the scariest night of my life, believing for a moment that my life was about to end. I almost didn’t share this episode as I’m still going through it, but the lessons I’ve learned through this experience were too important. I had to share.
Remember to hug your family and friends a little tighter, give a little more grace to yourself, and never forget to be grateful in every moment. You never know when it might be your last.
And most of all, thank you for being here and giving me my purpose in life. Without you, this would be nothing. And I promise to never forget that.
