  • The importance of realizing everything happens FOR you
  • The importance of having compassion for yourself
  • That feelings drive actions and how that changes what you do and the outcomes you get from that

INVERSION EXERCISE: “Dear Universe, I absolutely refuse to have ___ (fill in the blank with what you claim to want) because I have a deep fear that I ______ Rapidly write out 15+ reasons/fears associated with your refusal of the thing you claim to want Anchoring & Pattern Interrupt EXERCISE: “Now, every time I __(insert self-sabotaging action)___, because I am avoiding ___(the desired action)____, I will notice and deliberately break the pattern by ___(an immediate action)___. I am excited to ___(what you desire to create)___! Example: “Now, every time I hit the snooze button, because I am avoiding going to the gym, I will notice and deliberately break the pattern by putting my feet on the floor. I am excited to become fit & healthy!”
